We had to transport our daughter's car back home to be sold here. NIcole contacted me and initially, offered a price that was too high in my estimate. Undeterred she kept communicating with me. I begun negotiating with Direct Connect Auto Transport whose initial bid was significantly lower only to be presented with a bait and switch strategy that would end up costing more with few recourse options. When Nicole called to let me know she had a driver ready for the pickup date I initially gave her, and when I could compare the contracts between Direct and Autostar, it was a no brainer. Autostar has a consumer friendly policy, polite and knoledgable staff, and the entire experience was stress free once I signed with Autostar. Special thanks to Nicole Ejofodomi whose persistence and good humor landed me with her company.
I highly recommend that you read contracts from several brokers; when you do you too will choose Autostar.
