My Experience with AutoStar Transport was excellent and I would would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. In my particular case, we were working with a very definite deadline that could not be broken (I was leaving town for an extended period of time). That deadline was approaching quickly by the time I had completed the transaction with the seller and I was worried that we wouldn't be able to transport the bike in time. Both Brian and Alex were amazing in making sure that everything was taken care of to ensure that I got my bike on time. The kept in constant communication and explained everything very clearly. They made sure that I was aware of exactly how everything would be handled and and the carrier was confirmed almost immediately after I gave the final OK. The timing for pick up and drop off were perfect.
