This is not criticism because everything worked out fine but be prepared, this is like waiting for the cable guy. Nothing happens when they say it's going to happen so be advised. I would think that that is the norm regardless of which company or broker you choose. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't hesitate to use AutoStar, I would just insist that the car be delivered during the day so I could inspect for damage in the daylight. Overall, a good experience.

Rob, thanks for sharing your experience. I am sure you can appreciate the many factors involved in the transport of a vehicle several hundred miles, such as traffic, weather and customer delays. We provided you the name and phone number of the carrier and the driver, and you were always welcome to contact me or any of the customer service team here at AutoStar to enquire as to the exact location of your vehicle. I want to remind you that we presented to you on the 2nd of March that we had secured a carrier to pick up your vehicle that day and that they estimated to deliver in 5 to 6 days. Your Mustang was delivered to you yesterday, on the 7th, which is 5 days from pick up.
