Good customer service

The customer service is excellent without question. Nice people who make things easy, clear and simple. However there was a delay in picking up my car due to some unexpected mechanical problems with the carrier/driver. The driver is a very nice person though. But sometimes it can drive you crazy when everyone is nice but things just don't work out. Anyway, my car arrived at destination on time. I would still recommend autostar for their great services.
