I have never transported before and was afraid, but after this experience, I would do it again with Auto Star. It would be easy to say," Take it away". I signed the contract and faxed it back to them and was given a date for pick-up. I was contacted in barely 24 hours. Because of a cancellation, they could pick up my car if it was agreeable. I agreed, the driver was there exactly when he said and we had a very good experience of watching him load our car with great expertise. When we saw his cargo, which included a Limo and a Humvee, I wasn't worried about my Buick and knew it was in good hands. He did a walk-around to check the condition before loading. He told us the car would arrive in California on Monday and it did. I was contacted several times by Auto Star and the transport driver who kept me informed. Though I orginally got many transport quotes, some higher and some lower, Fred from Auto Star was the only company who contacted me personally by phone. He answerwd all my questions and furnished any info that I requested.This was an excellent experience and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
