The first time was a little rough. The contract I was sent before accepting service had two typos. It took two phone calls (first to general customer service since my rep was out for the day) and then another phone call to my rep to have it sorted out before I could sign the contract. Customer service is fairly responsive and will follow up with inquiries 1-2 days. Just keep in mind that they operate from 10am to 8pm EST during the weekdays when you call in. Pick-up was conveniently early. While the delivery was late, it had nothing to do with AutoStar. The truck had mechanical issues. I included the delivery time as a reference for others.

As my delivery ultimately happened during the weekend, I tried to contact AutoStar regarding the delay. Kristen ended up following up on Monday saying that I should expect delivery on that day while it was delivered yesterday. While the information was wrong, it was nice that she put in the effort to call.

Overall, I felt that the service was satisfactory and the price pretty reasonable. Good luck to others!

Thank you Matt, for your review. I do apologize once again for the typos in the contract. As your agent, it is my responsibility to revise such mistakes and resend the contract. Unfortunately I was out of the office when you called the first time, but as soon as I learned of the mistakes, a new contract was written up and sent out to you immediately. In regards to your comment about the carrier, maintenance issues, unfortunately, due happen as with any vehicle. Before calling you, Kirstin did talk with the carrier. She then told you that your vehicle would be delivered later that day based on the information the carrier had given her. We will keep this experience in mind in the future when working with this carrier. All in all, your vehicle was delivered in a very timely manner even with maintenance problems.
