The best and most important aspect of vehicle transporting is letting the customer know where there vehicle is at. Auto Star good contact with me through the pick up process, the transport driver kept me informed on where he was and his expected time, progress and delays. I was very pleased that I was kept in the loop on where my vehicle was and how it got back to me. Well done Auto Star and hired transport driver (Bruce).
