I am extremely pleased with Auto Star. The service was exceptional from start to finish! This was my first out-of-state move as an adult. Needless to say, I was nervous about handing my car keys to a total stranger and trusting that it would arrive safely and within a reasonable time frame. All my fears were put to rest. First, when I called and asked for Jose Ortiz, he was so friendly, kind and took his time explaining every step of the process. For a detail-oriented person like me, I immediately felt at ease. I called a couple of days before my pick-up date and explained that I would be flying out of town the day before the pick-up. Jose was able to get my car dispatched a day earlier and my car arrived the very next day- even before I arrived in town. It was such a treat getting to my new home and seeing my car in the driveway. A relative of mine received my car, and he too was extremely impressed by the service. AutoStar is GREAT!!!!
