No Service but took deposit.

I paid deposit for auto transport. Daniel from AutoShip USA was not able to get a driver to contact me. He said the driver call but I don't see any missed call on my phone nor any message was left as to when the driver would make an attempt to pick up my car. Here's the time line:
4/17/08- payment made to Daniel through paypal.
4/28/08- Daniel contacted on phone, he said he'll make some phone calls to the driver.
5/05/08- Still no contact from driver, I've sent email to Danielb@autoshipusa.com for refund of my deposit.
5/07/08- Spoke to Daniel on phone. He said ok to refunding my money back.
5/19/08- Still no refund, sent Daniel email again requesting refund.
6/02/08- No refund and no word from Daniel.
