I received an email from AutoNation Transportation Representative James Brown wanting to talk to me about shipping my car. After telling me how horrible all the other carriers were and never come through on their low ball prices he guaranteed me they could ship it cheaper and on time. I gave them a $200 deposit and after countless false promises they could never come through with a driver, it was always one excuse after another. I asked for a refund and was transferred to their accounting department. I was told my money would be refunded in 48 hours, that was on November 8, 2012. I have called numerous times and left messages for the owner to call me and he never has. I have spoken several times to a Desiree and on three different occasions she told me she personally gave my information to the owner and I would be refunded my money. I have not recived it yet. I WOULD NOT USE AUTONATION TRANSPORTATION FOR ANYTHING. BY FAR THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVERY ASPECT OF BUSINESS.

SCAMMED ME!

Follow Up: Just called AutoNation Transportation and spoke to Desiree @ 2:33p.m. Asked for accounting, she told me that she read my review and that was the thanks she got for trying to help me and then she hung up on me. This is the customer service that I have received since they stole my money. Two weeks ago when I spoke to Desiree she told me it wasnt right, that she would see to it that I got a refund and said she personally would hand carry my message to the owner. Earlier today she said I can't make him pay you. I have asked for the owner's name and was told she can't give that to me cause she has to work, it' s her job. I have asked numerous times to speak to anyone else and was denied. I guess the owner would rather be a crook than make things right. If anyone is planning on shipping a car and you need information about my experience with this company call me @ (662) 425-2638 Clyde
