I researched several companies to get an idea of the industry compliants. I voiced these concerns to AutoNation agent (1) promtness of pickup/delievery dates, (2) being able to get in touch with my agent, (3) changes in price from quote to drivers charges upon delivery. Alan assured me that I would not experience any of these issues if I dealt with AutoNation. He said that is not the way they do business. I was quoted $445 enclosed shipping on my paperwork and verbally. The vehicle was picked up late. It took well beyond the estimated 2-3 days in transit time. I had all kinds of difficultly getting in touch with my agent (Alan) after hiring them as my broker. And lastly, the driver showed up with the bike and told me that the balance was $350 instead of the quoted $250. Bottom line; every concern that I had, came true even after I was assured that none of this would happen. I will never do business with this company again...nor should you!
