I had no idea transporting a vehicle could be so easy

I was nervous. I had never transported a vehicle by hauler before. I had A LOT of questions. Joseph at Auto Transport Made Easy LLC. answered them all patiently and completely. My pickup and delivery dates were both very flexible so Joseph provided a very reasonable quote. It was less than half of the highest quote I received. That made me a little nervous too, but I had read where all the brokers post on the same central dispatch. I also figured if pickup drug on too long, I could always contact a higher bidder. However, we listed our available date as the following Wednesday (a week out from when I started requesting quotes). Joseph called me on Monday with the name and number of our driver. Our driver called on Tuesday to set up the time on Wednesday and let us know expected delivery would be on Friday. And then on Wednesday he called early to confirm the pickup time, and then called 30 minutes out. Pickup went smoothly. We felt very informed and our time was respected. On Thursday he called to set up Friday's pickup time and let me know what time he would call Friday morning to confirm. Again, he called as promised and then called again 15 minutes out. Delivery went smoothly. Joseph called about 1/2 hour after initial pickup once he had spoken to the driver. He confirmed with me the vehicle had been picked up to my satisfaction and made sure I had all the information I needed regarding expected delivery. Only then, did he charge my credit card for the deposit amount. When the driver called on Thursday, he also confirmed the amount I would be expected to pay upon successful delivery and it matched exactly what I had been quoted. I will not hesitate to contact Joseph at Auto Transport Made Easy LLC.should the need to transport a vehicle arise again.
