We contracted with Auto transport Logistics since they told us the car would definitely be picked up on time and delivered as scheduled. This was important as my daughter was moving across country for a new job and it was critical that the car be there when she arrived. We were given a competitive price and after reviewing this website were confident in their ability to deliver. They were to pick the car up on the 15th of June. When that day passed without a pickup or a phone call, I contacted them and was told that "the truck broke down" and it would be several days before the car would be picked up. They said that they would schedule another driver to expedite the move. We heard nothing from them until we continued to call them and leave messages. When speaking to Ryan, while a pleasant fellow, he said he was on it and would call me right back with updates. He never called, I had to make the calls to them. Finally they told me that the car would be picked up on June 22 and delivered on the 25th. When questioning the short delivery time, I was told that this was a "team" drive going straight thru to the coast. As it turned out the car was picked on the 21st, by a company located in Dayton (30 minutes away) and was finally delivered on the 27th. And for this exceptional service the contract price increased by $50.
