I had a quote of 1125 and paid 175 in advance, the pickup date was on 30th of September2011. Requested to pickup on 29th of September 2011. Dispatch team told me on 29th that they cannot arrange the pick up as there was some mechanical problem to the truck. Same on 30th, continued on 1st of October 2011. I was told that on Monday he will give an update. On 3rd October dispatch team member calls me up and says that he can arrange a vehicle to pickup on Wednesday that is on Oct 5th 2011 but with extra $100 as there were no drivers available for pickup. I told him that this is not fair and he gives me a $50 credit. Altogether I have to pay $50 more than what it was quoted.
I am getting the updates from dispatch team but this kind of service is not a 5 star one.
