Worked with Michael Cole to get my car shipped from NJ to California. He offered to have us pay up front so that there would be no cash on delivery when the car arrived. The truck showed up a day late to get the car and it took an extra 5 days past the time they told us for it to arrive. When I called into the company to schedule the deilvery they told me there was a balance of 1050 left on the car. I had already paid up front and was confused. At this point Michael went MIA and stopped talking to me. I was able to get the owner on the phone and he said he would take care of it. Meanwhile my car was in limbo. I finally had to just pay the company to get my car out. I now have disputes with both companies trying to sort out this mess. It will probably end up in court at this rate. NEVER AGAIN, these guys are scum.
