Horrible customer service

They received one star because I actually finally got my car, but I would never ever ever use them again. FYI: after shipping my car, I have seen other bad reviews which later somehow disappeared from this site. My own experience was that Jessica was neither knowledgeable nor totally honest about the shipping process. The worst part was that after my car left and she had her commission, I never heard from her again. I repeatedly called her number and emailed her as well as trying other numbers I had found for the company to ask about the status of my car with no answer. I even sent an email to her saying I was concerned my vehicle was stolen and I was going to file a claim with my insurance company. No response from Jessica or anyone at auto transport 360. Back up to when I first signed the contract... She had my car going to a totally different island!!! She tried to assure me it wouldbe fine.fortunately I of course told her I wouldn't sign unless it had the correct address. I also asked if Matson was the shipper. She lied and said yes. Later I would find out it was shipped by Horizon. I think it was definitely a matter of dishonesty and nonexistent customer service. This was one of the most hellish ordeals of my life.

Unfortunately it is customers like this that give our industry a bad repuatation. This order was from TN to HI, customer placed an order on 11/11/14 and her vehicle was picked up on the same day, it was delivered to the port in CA within 6 days and arrived at the port in Hawaii within 14 days of placing her order. I personally have been in the industry for over 7 years and never have I seen a vehicle get from the east coast of the US to Hawaii in 14 days. The customer even entered on time pickup and on time delivery on the shipment details. As far as her phone calls and emails, yes, it is true, she emailed about 17 times and called about 17 times therefore there were some emails and some phone calls that were not answered. All in all 99.99% of customers who received this type of service from us would leave a 5 star review. This is just an unrealistic customer with unrealistic expectations
