The truck was shipped later than we thought, only because of a mixup in communication. HOWEVER, when Evan was informed of the situation, he stepped in and was literally on the phone for two hours until we found a driver to pick up the vehicle the very next day. The trucker came that next day and was very knowledgeable. He put a crew cab Tundra on the truck no problem. Evan then called me that evening to check that everything went smoothly. He definitely follows up with you. Highly recommended!! That's why I'm shipping my second car with them too!
