I must say, the transport industry is pretty complicated. I had a couple companies give me the run around before i was able to get in contact with Jimmy. He explained to me that, in this business, you get what you pay for. I found out the hard way. After losing my deposit and shipping date with another company, I spoke with Jimmy at Auto Transport 123. He assured me that I wouldn't be treated like a bid and posted on a website to be claimed. He even contacted a driver and set up a pick up before my deposit was charged. He made me feel that my car was safe in his hands, and it was. I received my car in the same condition I sent it, which was my main concern. I am very pleased with the customer service and all around friendliness of the Auto Transport 123 family. I highly recommend using this company over any other. Thanks again Jimmy!!!
