After 2 1/2 months - my vehicle was never picked up
Review: I have never shipped a vehicle before and choosing a transport
company was a mammoth task. After doing my due diligence and research I
chose Auto Transport 123. First mistake. During the course of 2 1/2 arduous
months, I was given one promise after another- all of which were not kept.
Each broken commitment was explained away with one story or another. Each
subsequent excuse kept me on the hook, becoming more frustrated with every
passing day. The long and short of the whole terrible experience, was that
after 2 1/2 months, my vehicle was NEVER picked up. After cutting bait, I
went with another company (who was second runner up only because of their
geographical location) and my vehicle was miraculously picked up within 5
days of contact. Now THAT"S service. All in all, I felt lied to, patronized
and would NEVER think of either using this company again nor would I ever
recommend them- other than to tell others of my terrible experience.
