Setting up the transport was easy. I was quoted a lower price than what I received from competitors, so I went with it. The driver did not pick up my car from the location I gave him for pickup. He asked me to meet him at a truck stop. He called me later to say my car was overweight and that I would have to pay him for the extra weight. On the day I was to receive my car, I was not sure if I was going to get it because it was a few hours later from the initial time he had given me. He had someone drive the car to me because another customer had not paid him for their car. I noticed a scratch on my rim yesterday. It took them from Monday to the next Monday to get my car.
