When I called, I was told the car would be picked up on Monday. I called on Monday and they said it had not even been completed as an order and that it would be Wednesday. This was frustrating because someone was waiting on Monday for pick up. I was told I did not have to be there for pick up or drop off and that I would be charged 3% for that. What I found out was that I did need to be there at drop off to make payment.
