First time for shipping auto. You contact shipper and then it goes up for bids, you will get many calls. I was surprised. I had a date with this shipper to pick up and there was a hick up in my paperwork at the dealer. Causing me to call shipper to reschedule, They got it done! Several other shippers called me to warn me of this company, almost talking trash about them. I had no problems at all and I feel they went the extra mile to get my truck here. with no hidden fees. The jobber that moved my truck were professional and stayed in touch with me as far as ETA. When I picked up my truck it was very spotted with hydrolic fluid, I had to hand wash the whole truck, which would have had to be done anyway due to being on the road, no big deal. First new truck and first time shipping came from MD to ND. Would say Auto Transport 123 good to go.
