I used AT123 because of the ratings and reviews they received on the review website. I had thought I arranged for a 1/7 pick up. I also was under the impression that it was a family business that was not a broker, they had their own drivers. My car was picked up 9 days later. When I called the company to check on the pick up date in the meantime, I spoke to two different people who were hard to understand and could give me no definite answers. When my car was picked up, it was delivered on he scheduled day and the driver was very nice, personable, articulate. He nicely answered any question I had. He did explain that AT123 is a broker and does not have their own drivers. The car was in good shape.
