Overall I give these guys three stars however there could have been some improvement on communication once the contract was signed it seemed that the majority of effort had to be on my part to maintain the communication. Although over the holidays that might be acceptable part of signing the contract up front was a discussion about it being the holidays and my need to get the car to its final location even though it was a holidays. Somebody always answer the phone when I would call and we always had a discussion and they were working on getting me hooked up with a company to haul my vehicle. I will say that for the amount of money I paid which was a couple of hundred dollars in broker fees it seems to be steep considering the amount of money that was only paid to the transport company. Effectively the broker fee amount of to approximately 25% of the total cost. one positive thing with his company is that if you need to pay by credit card they will work with you on that as well. In final I would say that I would use his company again but I might look for someone that has a lesser brokerage fee.
