Very pushy, poor communication, will never use again.

The rep, (in this instance Jason ext 549), was extremely pushy on the front end. He touted that this was a family business and that this was different from other brokers. He committed to me that our vehicle would for sure picked up by no later than Friday of the week, and it was not picked up until the next Monday. We were in a time crunch and were planning on the vehicle being picked up which was the primary reason we elected to go with auto transport 123. He over promised, and severely under delivered. I called multiple times to see what he was going to do about this, and his mailbox was full (unprofessional). I also left a message with Jason and he never called back. I hope Jason feels that he represented the “family” well with this customer experience. Would not ever use this agency or an agency again. Learn from my mistake and go a different route.
