Misleading at Best, Fraudulent at Worst

I called and spoke with customer service and then a sales representative that promised me a pick up time that was within a three day window but a high probability of it being the first day. I asked about notification times such as, “When will I be notified as to when the vehicle will be picked up?” and “How much time in advance will I be given upon delivery of the vehicle?”. In both instances I was quoted twenty-four to forty-eight hours notice. “Perfect, because I work for a living and can’t just take off work at the drop of a hat.” After asking and receiving confirmation that my vehicle would be delivered within twenty-four hours of pick up time (three drivers would take three 8-10 hour driving shifts to deliver the vehicle), I booked with AT123. It was a huge mistake and one I’m urging others not to make. The promises to contact me in the agreed amount of time (within twenty-four hours), the time frame of pick up, transport time, and delivery were all misquoted or outright lies, and the customer service was either ignorant or neglectful of each request for information I made. In summary, booked with AT123 on Dec. 29th, was told with “a high probability” that the vehicle would be picked up on January 2nd, and that in twenty-four hours my vehicle would be delivered. So, as early as January 3rd? And as late as January 5th? It’s January 10th and nobody can tell me where the vehicle is when I call, and it is me that has to initiate the call every time and every day. Don’t waste your time and money folks. AT123 will not deliver on their promises and maybe not your vehicle.

I see your order was placed on the 30th of December, with the First Available release date beginning on 01/02/2019 - Your Vehicle was scheduled and picked up within a three day window on the 01/05/2019 - Depending on where the driver is, sometimes the notice can be less than 24 hours. We apologize that you feel as though you have not had a good experience with the transportation of your Vehicle. Please remember the dates are estimated dates during transport and are not guaranteed. The Carrier would contact you the day before to schedule the delivery of your vehicle. Respectfully, AT123
