I called customer service to inquire about rates and availability for transport of a BMW from Las Vegas Nevada to Los Angeles California San Fernando Valley. The agent was courteous and very knowledgeable and provided information and a firm quote for the transport. He said the availability was as soon as the same day and the rate was good. The pickup was scheduled and a driver was assigned. I received contact info for the driver and paid the requested deposit. The driver called to set up a firm time for pickup and was on time, loaded the vehicle and called me when the car was loaded. Delivery was set up and a time picked. Car was delivered at the requested time in the condition it was received. Very happy with the service and cost.
