Although, there was a delay- the services of my company has been met & your vehicle has been delivered. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, but mechanical issues are certainly out of anyone's control.
We are so happy the driver gave monetary compensation and you accepted the $100.00 discount. Our goal is to provide excellent service, we are sorry that you were affected by a delayed delivery due to Mechanical Issues out of our control. We are glad that you have your vehicle.
