customer service is working hard to improve

Customer service manager called me & we worked out. Customer service does care and is working hard to improve communications. I gave NO stars because I couldn't give less. They were given 2 weeks to meet a 2 day window and they managed to find every excuse possible to be 7 days late. this cost me a vehicle rental for $550. They also do not believe in communications after you sign their paperwork. I called 4 days before the end of my window to make sure they could make the delivery from Florida to Baltimore. they said no problem. I called 3 days before because I’m told it was a three-day trip. I told them I could cancel & fly down & pick up the car myself. again, no they said "no problem" & threatened cancellation charges, the nerve! They did not perform & they were going to charge me a cancellation fee! they never called me! The day before my drop-dead delivery date I called them to find out it would be delayed yet another 2 days because their truck had trouble. So, I get my vehicle 7 days late- I pay car rental for a 3-day trip & "that's not a problem it will only be a few days late” to quote them.

While we strive to provide excellent customer service, we are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the service received. Your order was placed in our office on 5/23 with availability for pick up beginning 06/02/2018 - Vehicle was scheduled within two days of availability 1st. Avail: 06/04/2018 Load: 06/06/2018 - Unfortunately due to DOT regulations the driver assigned was delayed with pick up until 06/10/2018 and delivered on 06/11/2018 from FL to MD - We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and understand transportation is extremely important.
