We had some scheduling issues with the vehicle pickup, the pickup window is 72 hours, but we needed them picked up on a specific day. Luckily there was an office local to us where we could drop them off until the pickup happened since we were flying out of state that day. The transport of our 2 cars and 2 motorcycle went great and the vehicles arrived on time 2000+ miles from their starting place. A great experience, just wish I would've known about the 72 hour scheduling window for pickup. Be clear about the day you need the vehicles picked up!!
