Great company and this was my first time using a car transport company. I was totally in the dark and I had accidently taken my key and had to mail my key for them to pickup. Then, they had to go across the street to pickup my car which was dead (battery) so they had to charge it also. After 2 tries they got it started. Rate stayed the same. Plus I'm sick and my instructions were all over the pkace. But Jeanine and the contractors were patient and even were willing to a setup a pickup area for my convenience and followed me to 1 down ATM machine to another that was working across the street. Now that's patience. Thank you again Jeanine.
