If it hadn't been for the outstanding service of Stacy and Ali, I really don't know when we would have received our vehicle. Stacy even provided her personal cell phone number for me to call the next day, even though it was her day off. Ali used all necessary resources to locate a driver through persistent discussion with the dispatcher, Barry.

The driver, David, also was excellent. He kept me informed as to the status of the journey along the way, and helped facilitate an easy drop-off.
