John was my poc and tbh before I confirmed the order he was rude and excessive with calls/texts and at times pushy but at the end of the day the saving grace would be the ladies at customer service because once the order was confirmed John was never able to answer the phone but the ladies handled me perfectly even when the initial company pulled some bs delaying my pick up way to long so they cancelled that carrier and got me a new one in a few days and the driver actually delivered it 3 days early! No issues with the truck or customer service I’d use them again but probably request someone other than John tbh
