After promise after promise from Jay. I am from the town their office is in..He says I want to really take care of you. Bad mouths every other trucking company. Tells me that this industry is completely unregulated multiple times. Says your from here I want to take care of you. Bullshits me about buying the car I am shipping. Texting me 6 or 7 times a day until I give them a chance. Well his verbal time frame came and went by two weeks now!!!. He has a truck lined up for pick up he says. For the last two weeks I have texted him and called him. The women in his office have more balls than this guy. None 'of them have integrity or pride in what they do. They have lying and scamming and playing the "unregulated system" Down to a T..
Janine then tells me after I agree to a second price increase she will fix all that Jay has lied about. Nope! Now she disappears and sends me to multiple voicemails until I call from undisclosed phone number. WHat a joke. Completely unprofessional and no integrity. Bring your business elsewhere.

Art you are completely correct and we extend our deepest apologies. Due to the in-climate weather in New York the carrier did request more money this is completely accurate. We don't believe in charging more money than the contract so we were having issues moving it at the original rate. Sorry again if there is anything we can do please let us know :)!
