I initially ordered a shipment from VA to TX, and it was a really positive experience- they were knowledgeable and I felt like my car was in good hands. A few days before it was scheduled to ship, my car was totaled, and I had to cancel my order. They said they would keep the deposit fee, but I (or a family member/friend) could use it on another vehicle. A few week later, I found another car and needed to ship it out to my new address quickly. There were some problems with communication/pick-up times and somewhat unclear communication, but my car got here within the week. Janine from customer service called to follow up with the problems and was a great help!
