Was notified of transport date on morning of 19JAN that vehicle was to be dispatched on 22JAN. However, I got a phone call on 19JAN that the driver was 10 minutes from my home and wanted to pickup immediately. This seemed highly unprofessional and did not give me time to prep my vehicle for transport. When the vehicle had finally been picked up on 19JAN, no update was made to the A123 website that the vehicle had been picked up or paid for, and customer service did not respond to my inquiries. Fortunately, the vehicle was delivered in a timely manner and in the same condition it was picked up.
