My car was suppose to ship on or about 12/28/17 but didn't ship on 12/28. I called Janine and she was very helpful getting a carrier to pick it up on 1/7 with anticipated delivery on 1/11. To our surprise and delight the car arrived two days early on 1/9/18. Janine did a great job. Joe Gundermann
