The pick up location was remote. I thought AT 123 was overly optimistic on schedule. I think the AT 123 team could improve communications while info was not always good knowing they were working it would help. I had to initiate most of the calls. Genesis US Log out of Cornelius NC came through on Friday evening. Lavar Mathews did a great job on delivery during a long weekend. While truck was not operable and had no brakes he did a great job of getting it unloaded. Great effort
