Avoid AT123 at all cost

Curiously there is not much negative here about these unethical lieing crooks, now I know why. Be sure to check other sites for honest reviews and see NY BBB complaints for the real story. I've been in the automobile business for over 35 years, shipped alot of vehicles, never had such a negative experience with any company. Following are the highlights of this entirely horrible experience. After their pleasant come on to get you hooked everything gets nasty. On 7/14, after falling for their spiel and approving their online contract, which you won't understand until they screw you, they promised a 1 -3 day window for pick up. On day 7 they claimed to have dispached a company to pick up on 7/27. 7/27 came and went without pickup, I contacted the trucker who claimed mechanical problems, odd he didn't think to contact me or the pickup contact as agreed. When pressed as to when he'd be back running he hung up and wouldn't answer my further calls. I strongly suspect this trucker and likely others are involved in this scam that allows AT123 to charge their fee based on the contract clause that lets them charge even if the contract is canceled for reasons out of their control once dispatched. I informed AT123 per the contract that 10 business days elapsed I was canceling and expected a refund. When I checked onlline with my credit card their charge showed as pending, I wrongly assumed they would cancel the charge. Instead they charged it, when I discovered this several days later, called them again to get refunded and was told they didn't do refunds, I firmly refuted that, she said she'd check with accounting and call me back. The next morning I received a call back, I was told I'd receive my refund if I removed my negative review from this site. I did so in order to quickly settle this, but then she added additional terms, basically extorting me into silence, to this I did not agree. I stated that I'd contacted my credit and I'd get my refund anyway, to this she lied and said they'd already been contacted by them and that I'd lost, and would I like to see the papers stating so, I affirmed that I would and she hung up. Naturally after checking, the credit card company had not yet contacted them. This company deserves to be shut down before they prey on any others. In order to collect a fee for doing nothing, they apparently work hard to obscure the truth about their unethical practices rather than just being ethical. Run away fast.

We apologized that your order wasn't pick up has our carrier did have a issue with this truck 07/27/17 08:11 am truck broke down, cancelled . We offered to keep working on the order for the customer . We did get a second carrier for him and then he requested to cancel out this order. We are sorry it didn't work out for what you requested but it is out of control if a carrier does break down
