Original contact did not explain the three day window pick up, which was frustrating because I made sure I was available from Mon-Weds (arranging my schedule/missing work). I then had to make arrangements for my car to be picked up Friday because I had already left the state. Every contact I spoke to after that kept pushing me off and telling me 1-2 day pick up or would say they would call around to find a driver and that they would call me back, but never would.
The drivers were wonderful- Great communication. And on time.
