HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This company has the worst business / customer service I've ever experienced. Lie after Lie. They were super nice at the onset when trying to gain my business and then took my deposit (after they put out a fake dispatch). It took me almost two weeks of going round and round. They would call and give me the run around and then I would find out they were not doing what they said.

You'll notice on all the reviews on all of their sites, if someone writes a bad review, all of a sudden a ton of 5 star reviews will pop up in one day. BEWARE. They will tell you that everyone else has the issue and they are family owned and operated and their first line of business is the customer. THIS IS NOT TRUE.

I believed them. They left me stuck with a car full of baby items waiting to be shipped out for 2 weeks after continuing to tell me they had it dispatched. But, they never did. Finally, they refunded my money. Tara stopped returning my calls, then passed me off to Jeanine, then Eric. It's so unfortunate that I put my trust in them. I believed them and they couldn't just be honest. I will make sure everyone I know understands my experience. It's so unfortunate that they just literally didn't care. I emailed and called them so many times begging them to please help me or give me my money back or I would even pay more. They did not care. They only wanted to make the sale and then hope that they could get it done.

I should have listened to everyone else when they told me not to use this company.
