Bad Customer Service / Not a copmany of their word

I'm exceptionally disappointed in this company's lack of accountability. I arranged transport with them nearly one month early and told them I had a "drop dead" date on when the car had to be picked up because we were moving. Never heard ANYTHING from them after I signed the contract. I had to contact them. Did so 4 times. Was told 3 of those four times, I'll call you back within 1 hour. Never did. It wasn't until the last person I spoke to that they finallly confessed my car wouldn't be picked up, because they had a 72 hour window to pick up a car from the initial date. The guy asked me if I had a back up plan the day before I was moving... Yes, I did, my 16 year old son would have to drive cross country for the first time. Not a great plan, but I had put my faith in them to deliver, and they proved unworthy of that confidence. I'm sure they are a great company, and I may be an exception but here's my advice if you use them: 1. Make sure you give yourself 3 days for pick up (I ironically did get a text from a driver 3 days later that they were able to pick up my car, but by that time I was in Tucson 2. Have a back up plan/carrier 3. Start bugging them earlier - don't wait for them to contact you because they won't. 4. Don't expect them to call you back when they say they will. SUPER DISAPPOINTING!
