Overall the transaction was positive since the car arrived in good shape and a day early. Sales guy was pushy and called too often after given him the day that I would make my decision. When I called to make the arraignments I was told he was out of the office and dealt with "his" dispatcher. called back 10 minutes later and the he was there. I was told that the company has their own car haulers and drivers. My car was dispatched to a third part carrier.
