Never Picked Up My vehicle / Never Called

I was assured over and over by the salesperson Lisa that I was paying a full, undiscounted price and transport would be no problem. I was told that they have their own driver relationships and they're "number one in the business". I was told that pricing was guaranteed by contract and that they were the only company that does that. I was told that they do not just post for drivers like the competition.
In the end, I called them at least 2-5 times daily during the several day pick-up window. They literally NEVER called me back. My job was posted in the same place as the competition...the competition could see it. I was told to NOT call another broker or "I would be screwed". They strung me along till the very end, never called me, kept telling me to be patient...it would get done. The vehicle was never picked up. I never got a call back. I flew out of Florida and my car is still there!! To be fair, the demand was overwhelming, and that's not their fault. What is their fault is that they are dishonest, refuse to communicate and failed to do what they promised to do. I'm sure when the demand is lower they do just fine, but when things got tough and their integrity and opportunity to be honest was tested they failed miserably. At one point the last day they had me pack the vehicle, drive to Naples and then call them back. The hope was that they could get a truck to meet me in Naples. After many calls I was told that Eric, the representative, had left for lunch. The new representative, Mitch, asked if I'd be willing to pay more. When I said "No", he said, "No problem, I'm just asking. Eric will be back in an hour". I literally begged them to just be honest and not wait till the last minute to tell me they couldn't get my car transported. They didn't wait till the last minute, rather the last minute arrived, and I never heard from them again. I was stranded.
FOLLOW-UP
I was contacted by AT123 within minutes of posting the review above. The woman told me that they wanted to transport my car...to fix the problem, I told her that I didn't want to do business with AT123, that in 2 weeks this was the only time someone actually called me. She became aggressive. I told her that I would call another company, a competitor. She said that if AT123 couldn't get it done, no one could get it done. I explained that I would try. She said that she would have to charge a Termination Fee to my credit card. I told her that if she charged my credit card, I would deal with my bank and contact the US Attorney General. She asked why I was "threatening" her. I repeated that if she charged anything to my credit card I'd call the US Attorney General. She told me that she wasn't worried about that because she would share the recording of the phone call in which I was threatening her. She then said, "I can not let you leave negative feedback online". I asked if I owed her anything. She said "No", she would not be charging anything to my credit card" I hung up. Within 20 minutes of that this post disappeared. AT123 reported to this website that I was not a customer of theirs. I forwarded proof in the form of a contract to TransportReviews, and to the credit of TransportReviews the review was back up in minutes. AT123 are industry bullies with unethical tactics.

We have apologized to the customer for not meeting the time frame he has requested for pick up. We have also stated to the customer that there will be no charge to his order. We have also offered to continue to work on getting customer scheduled for pick up. Once again, we apologize that things did not work out.
