I wouldve gave more stars if anyone had contacted me after the vehicle was picked up from its origination. Nothing from this broker or carrier driver until the driver was in the State. Also, their website states real-time status... yeah, thats not true. You'll hear the spiel of them having their own carriers, not true. The only thing that was true was the carrier driver telling my contact person at the pick up origin that the vehicle would be at the destination on a certain day - but that's the carrier and not this broker. Communication/Customer Service is huge thing for me and if it is for you, pick someone else as they don't reply to emails nor will they reply when submitting a ticket in their portal site.
