The scheduling of the haul was easy and Irene worked with me to pin down a date. I had to change the date once which wasn't an issue. The driver didn't give the pickup contact very much notice, but was on time as scheduled. The delivery occured two days before quoted, which was nice. The only improvement I would recommend is to notify the customers that the remaining balance after the deposit must be paid to the trucker in cash or money order. I scrambled to get the remaining balance at the last minute (it is noted in the contract, however).
