My only complaint is that I was supposed to receive a form in the mail so my mother, who is soon to be 90, could put the total amount of the transport on her credit card so she didn't have to deal with all the cash exchanges. I never received the form and every time I emailed about it, I never received a response back. We were lucky because the driver got there early and my brother and his wife were able to meet the truck, pay the driver and drive her car back to their house. I always have great Customer Service at the beginning but it seems to be lacking at the end.
