Sherry was initially very friendly and eager to assist. But the first pickup was cancelled, and a driver was later dispatched on a date that didn't work for me. I had to make several phone calls and emails to several people to arrange a second pickup. That pickup went smoothly, and the car was delivered quickly thereafter. The drivers and their delivery went without a glitch.
