overall the process was smooth, my car was delivered from Texas to California, my only suggestion would be to make sure you give EXACT quotes on how much the initial deposit from pick up will be, i was told it would $225 or "north" of that, your company took out $325 and it made my account negative, i was also told that i would be called before the transaction was done, but i was never called. when i called to speak to irene a rep insisted on putting me through to customer services instead of being able to speak to her, even after i stated i wanted to continue to deal with irene being that she helped me to begin with. anyhow the car was delivered safely with no missing items to my knowledge and no extra charges so thank you all for the service, just remember to follow up with customers and give exact information
