AutoTransport123 shipped our 2014 Subaru Forester from central PA to the Big Island of Hawai'i for $2225 and it was worth every penny. The car pick-up was scheduled for July 1 to 4, 2016, even though we were not moving out of state until July 20 because it was more important for me to ship the car with plenty of leeways, then risk the chance of a pick-up around the move date being delayed. Of course, everyone knows that the 4th of July is not a good weekend to have a pick-up schedule so I was preparing myself to be flexible with that part of the agreement. Casey from AutoTransport123 let me know the driver would call on his way and sure enough, I got the call on the evening of July 8. Not the scheduled date, but no biggie. I also knew that the driver would have a difficult time getting into the tiny cul de sac where my home was located, so agreed to meet the driver at a local grocery store parking lot. The driver was very professional and thorough as he processed the documentation of any scratches/damages to our car pre-move. I signed the digital contract and off went the car. As agreed, my credit card was charged $400 for pick-up. I got another email notice when my car reached the shipping port in California. As agreed, my credit card was charged $800 for that part of the trip. I got another email notice when my car arrived in Hilo, Hawai'i, 2 days after the expected arrival date. The delay wasn't a big deal to us because my wife & I agreed to be flexible and have reasonable expectations for a cross-country/overseas shipment. As agreed, my credit card was charged $1025 for the final leg of the trip. Our car arrived safe and sound. We're very appreciative of the whole experience and would do it again with AutoTransport123, but glad we don't have to because we're home. Mahalo to AutoTransport123!
